## 1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available for items in sellable condition.

This policy applies to all comic books, collectibles, and other merchandise sold through scottydewcomics.com, with the exception of items that are unfulfilled or defective as outlined in this policy.

## 2. Preorder Items

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PREORDER ITEMS.

Preorder purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept that preorder items are subject to final sale terms and commit to the purchase upon order placement.

## 3. Product Condition & Quality Standards

### Minor Imperfections

Due to the printing process of comic books, some items will have minor imperfections. These are considered normal manufacturing variations and do not qualify for refund or exchange.

### Raw Book Grading Standards

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all raw books are screened to be 9.0+ copies (on the standard comic grading scale).

Important: While we make every effort to provide all buyers the highest quality books, we do not guarantee raw copies to be near mint or free of handling marks. Grading standards are subjective, and slight variations in condition may occur.

If you have specific condition requirements or questions about a particular item, please contact us before purchase.

## 4. Order Fulfillment & Cancellations

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation.

Reasons for cancellation may include:

- Item is out of stock or unavailable

- Payment processing error

- Inability to source the item

- Your request to cancel before shipment

## 5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly misrepresented from the product description, please contact us immediately at scottydewstore@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect.

We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

You must report damage or defects within 3 days of delivery.

- Raw books that fall within stated grading standards

- Preorder items

- Items that have been read, handled excessively, or show signs of wear beyond normal handling

- Items requested for refund after 3 days of delivery
